PUBG: How I Got a Lot of Scrap

As a regular PUBG player, I’ve always loved the thrill of collecting rare items and customizing my gameplay experience. Scrap is one of those cool things in PUBG that you can use to get some pretty neat stuff like progressive skins and other special items. Here’s how I casually ended up with a decent amount of scrap without really stressing over it.

Opening Crates for Fun

One of the easiest ways I started getting scrap was by opening those contraband crates. I’d save up some BP or grab a few crates from events, and then open them up when I felt like it. Sometimes, I’d get lucky with a good item, and other times, I’d just end up with some scrap. Either way, it was always a bit of fun seeing what I’d get next.

Using the Scrap Broker

After collecting scrap for a while, I realized there was this handy place in the game called the scrap broker. Whenever I had enough scrap, I’d just pop in there to see what was available. It was kind of like a little shop where I could trade in my scrap for items that caught my eye. No rush, no pressure—just something to check out when I had the time.

Jumping into Events

PUBG always has some event or challenge going on, and every now and then, they’d offer scrap as a reward. I didn’t go out of my way to complete every challenge, but if I was already playing and could knock out a few objectives, I’d do it. Getting a bit of extra scrap on the side was always a nice bonus.

Enjoying the Battle Pass

The Battle Pass in PUBG offers a mix of rewards as you level up, and scrap is sometimes one of them. I didn’t grind the Battle Pass too hard, but as I played casually and completed daily or weekly missions, I’d progress through the tiers and pick up scrap here and there. It was a nice addition to the other rewards I was already earning.

Trading Duplicate Items

Every so often, I’d open a crate and get a duplicate item. At first, I wasn’t sure what to do with these, but then I found out I could trade them in for scrap. It wasn’t something I did all the time, but when I remembered, I’d trade in duplicates and add a bit more scrap to my stash.

Keeping It Casual

Overall, I just kept things casual. I didn’t stress too much about collecting scrap, but over time, just by playing the game and enjoying what PUBG has to offer, I found myself with a nice pile of scrap. It’s a great way to unlock some cool stuff without feeling like you have to grind non-stop.
