When a league ends in Path of Exile, several things happen to your characters, stash, and progress:
- Character and Progress Transfer: Your characters from the temporary league are transferred to the Standard (or Hardcore) league. All experience, items, and progress are retained, so you can continue playing those characters without any loss.
- Stash Tabs: The contents of your stash in the temporary league are moved to the Standard league in the form of “Remove Only” tabs. You can withdraw items from these tabs but cannot add new ones. This allows you to keep all your items without cluttering your main stash.
- League-Specific Content: Any league-specific content, such as unique mechanics or rewards, will typically be integrated into the Standard league in some form, though sometimes with adjustments or limitations.
